National Business Group on Health/Optum Workplace Well-being and the Employee Experience Survey
Based on a survey of 2,210 employees that work for a company of 3,000+ employees, this report explores the connection between an employee’s well-being status and productivity to the five key dimensions of well-being: physical, financial, mental, social and community. The study also explores employee awareness of, and demand for, specific well-being programs. Lastly, there are findings that connect “health-enabling” communities to employees’ well-being levels.
The Business Group/Alight/Kantar Futures Consumer Health Mindset Study
This study, conducted in collaboration with Alight Solutions, the Business Group and Kantar Consulting, explores the health attitudes, motivations and preferences of employees and their dependents covered by employer health plans. The results help employers to understand consumer perspectives and attitudes towards their health, employer-sponsored well-being programs, navigating the health care system and personalized communications.
